The Council on American-Islamic Relations has a new logo, revamped mission statement,
and has a flash video explaining the new logo and outlook. I find the audio irritating, so you may want to mute your speakers before watching the flash.
CAIR has become a favorite punching bag by many ill-informed commentators that try to link the group with terrorism and ignore or discredit their exceptional work in promoting and defending the rights of Muslims in America and the rights of all citizens.
Whatever your feelings about CAIR, I know that they will be first ones I call if I feel I am being subject to illegal religious discrimination at work or from the government
